Purpose of Database Backup
Database backup protects your important business data from:

Always take daily database backup to keep your business data safe.
Option 1 – Manual Database Backup

Login to SQL Server on your main server computer.

Create backup folder in D or E drive.Example:Backup_11032026

Right Click Database → Tasks → Backup

Click Remove → Add → Select your backup folder.

Enter backup filename like:DatabaseName.bak
Option 2 – Auto Backup Setup

Find the AutoBackup folder and run:AutoBackup.bat

If backup file is not created then configure server name and backup location.

Add AutoBackup.bat in startup using:shell:startup

Schedule backup using Task Scheduler.Backup Times:• 2 PM
• 7 PM
Cloud Backup using Google Drive

Download Google Drive for Desktop.Click here to download

Install and login with Google account.

Sync your AutoBackup folder.
Your database backup will automatically be saved in Google Drive when internet is available.
Important Safety Instructions
• Check backup files regularly
• Copy backup to pendrive
• Never format computer without backup
If computer is formatted without taking backup then data recovery may not be possible.
